I'm Carla Cox

After many years in the western horse industry, I saw firsthand how often officials, both paid and volunteer, were expected to step into their roles without clear guidance. No matter the position, there is a lot to understand to ensure a show runs smoothly, professionally and fairly.

That experience is what motivated me to create this course.

My goal is to give every official the confidence, knowledge and practical tools to step into the arena prepared, not overwhelmed. This course is designed so you are always one step ahead, understanding not just what to do but why it matters.
